Install Picasa 3.0 in Ubuntu 9.04 Jaunty Jackalope
Picasa is a well known graphic/image viewer by Google. inc. Current version of this Piacasa for Linux is version 3.0
If you are an Ubuntu user, you can follow this tutorial in order to install Picasa 3.0
First Download Picasa from the internet. You can open your browser and navigate to http://picasa.google.com/linux/download.html#picasa30 and select the download link based on you sistem. Or, you can simply open terminal then copy and paste the line below:
wget http://dl.google.com/linux/deb/pool/non-free/p/picasa/picasa_3.0-current_i386.deb
sudo dpkg -i picasa_3.0-current_i386.deb
Its that simple :}
