How to install dropbox on Ubuntu Karmic Koala

This tutorial will show you how to install DropBox 0.61 in Ubuntu Karmic Koala. This is a quick tutorial, so I just jump over the installation process, without any prolog or discussion regarding this dropbox.

1. First Download the dropbox package for Ubuntu Karmic Koala from here

wget https://www.dropbox.com/download?dl=packages/nautilus-dropbox_0.6.1_i386_ubuntu_9.10.deb

2. Now you can execute this command below to directly install dropbox on Ubuntu Karmic Koala.

sudo dpkg -i nautilus-dropbox_0.6.1_i386_ubuntu_9.10.deb

3. To finish the installation, you must restart Nautilus or simply logoff. Or paste the code below:

killall nautilus

Enjoy the dropbox on Ubuntu Karmic Koala. Click Application|Internet|DropBox and follow the guide/wizard until finished.
