Easy AdSense by Unreal

In mapinfo, the final compiled maps usually called Layout. From this layout then we can print the maps. Based on my experience, create layout in Mapinfo is the hardest step. But there is a fast and easy way of creating layout in Mapinfo using Discover. You can generate layout using Discover just in minute. We can specify the scale, paper size, map grids and legend easily.

Follow this tutorial to create layout in Mapinfo using Encom Discover.

1. Open the map window with some tables opened. Then go to Discover|Scaled Output.

2. Then in the Scaled Output window, specify the frame setup (paper size), Map Scale, and check Draw Grids if you want discover to create grids automatically. Then press OK.

3. After you press OK, a Map size frame will opened, move the frame so fit to your desired map. There is a chance to change the configuration (map scale etc.) if it doesn’t meet your need. Simply go to Scaled Output and Re specify Parameters. Then press OK

4. Then the map grid and scale bar option will opened. Specify as you need to.

5. Finally press OK to see the final result.

Thank you.
