Ubuntu 10.10 Alpha 3 is available for Download

Canonical Inc. is currently release the new development version for Ubuntu Maverick Meerkat 10.10 Alpha 3. This Ubuntu will be the next release after Ubuntu 10.04 Lucid Lynx that is very popular now. The new Alpha 3 comes with Linux Kernel 2.6.35 and many updated packages.

OpenSUSE 11.3 won’t boot on VirtualBox

I was download the latest version of OpenSUSE 11.3. Then I boot this distro using VirtualBox on my Windows 7 PC. The initiation and the welcome screen of this OS is no problem but after that, my Virtual Machine stop. I don’t know what’s wrong with this. Here is my screenshot of the Virtualbox running OpenSUSE 11.3

GParted 0.6.2 Released, Download Link Available

The new version of GParted 0.6.2 has been released. Now, partitioning is not a difficult thing to do. With GParted 0.6.2 LiveCD you can easily boot your computer with this small distro and do some partitioning tasks like create, edit, move and delete partition.
It is very easy to use, and is compatible with virtually all file formats and existing systems such as EXT2, EXT3, FAT16, FAT32, HFS, HFS +, JFS, SWAP, NTFS, reiserfs, Reiser4, UFS, and XFS. GParted is very easy to use. This is my favorite Partition manager for my whole computers.
